TRUU’s Director of Music is Jimmy Byrne.

“Providing Music for the TRUU services is a creative and thoughtful exercise for me.    Each service is a unique weave of spoken word, music and song set around a theme.  The minister selects the hymns for all to sing, and supports me as I select the rest of the music from a diversity of musical genres (literally, from rock to Bach).   It’s really exciting for me when I can select and perform a song that seems to fit just right, such as when I play a postlude selection that is celebratory and light-hearted, but also pays respect to an important message of the day.” – Jimmy Byrne
