UUs: On Sunday, May 1,
Let’s Help the Community Playground Project at Carbondale’s Crystal River Elementary School!
12:30 to 5, Lunch Provided. imagined by Children • built by Community
EVERYONE can participate regardless of skill or age…let’s help create a safe, fun place for Carbondale’s children, build relationships within the community, and show that UUs care! We’ll have “UU in Action” stickers for you! Snacks for all and child care for children under 10 will be provided; ages 10-13 and up can work alongside their parents and older children can work independently.
Volunteer needs include manual labor, child care, organizing/fixing tools, food tent, volunteer table, site set up, clean up, etc. FOOD DONATIONS and TOOL LOANS would also be helpful.
Please contact Kira Kearsey 704-1745 • [email protected] • http://cres.rfsd.k12.co.us/ to determine how you can best help that day.
