The Syria Campaign is building an open, global movement working for a peaceful future for Syria. We are people from all over the world who are coming together to tackle what the UN has described as “the greatest humanitarian tragedy of our time”.
As the White Helmets work to rescue as many people as they can, it is our job to speak up and pressure leaders into action on stopping the bombs. Here are some things we can do together right now.
1. Forward this link to everyone you know and share it on Facebook and Twitter. The more of us there are, the stronger this call will be.
2. Print this poster and put it up in your schools, universities, neighbourhood streets, community centres, cinemas etc
Try printing and posting 30 of them in as many places as you can. Email [email protected]
if you need it translated into your language.
3. Follow the White Helmets on Twitter and share their news
4. Screen these short videos at your school, university, workplace, home, union or anywhere else you can
The White Helmets have given hope back to their communities. Despite losing loved ones, they put on their uniforms to go out and save lives day after day in service of their country and of humanity. They do it even when they know another bomb could fall within moments. Thank you for standing with these heroes on the side of life. Let’s make sure our leaders hear them too.
